Once we receive and approve your order, your Personalized Video Greeting will be produced and available for viewing and download within 21(as of 6/15/10) business days.

How may I use my Video Greeting?
Daytime Connection Video Greetings are for personal, entertainment use only and may not be used for endorsing or advertising any business, product, or service. The personalized greeting may consist of up to 200 alpha-numeric characters and may not contain profanity or suggestive language or anything that would generally be considered offensive. Any personal Video Greeting orders which we deem inappropriate will not be produced.


What do I need in order to receive my Daytime Connection Video Greeting?
Our Video Greetings are viewable on all major browsers/platforms with no plugins or software to be installed. In addition, the .mp4 and mp3 (ringtone) versions may be downloaded to your own computer for your personal use.


What do I need in order to participate in the Daytime Connection Virtual Appearances?Anyone on a broadband connection can attend and interact (chat) in our Virtual Appearances however a webcam or microphone is needed to be seen and heard, respectively. Our service works on all major browsers/platforms with no plugins or software to be installed.


What will you do with my personal information gathered at signup?
Daytime Connection will never sell or give your information to any third parties and will only use your email address to contact you periodically with relevant announcements and promotions as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Because each Virtual Appearance is limited to only 50 attendees and demand can be quite high, we send invitation emails to our Premium Members 48 hours ahead of opening general registration. Also, Premium Members have access to exclusive content such as Daytime Unplugged in our Premium Members Area.
